The annual Master Sun Peak Homeowner’s Association dues are billed on December 1 of each year for the next calendar year. The 2011 calendar dues are:

The Cove @ Sun Peak condominiums
(a monthly condo fee is also charged) – $310

Mahogany Hills/Cedar Draw/Willow Draw Cottages – $465

Cedar Draw Estates and The Cove Estates – $620

These fees are used to maintain and manage the Sun Peak amenities – the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and trails.  They also pay association property taxes and insurance.
