The annual Master Sun Peak Homeowner's Association dues are billed on December 1 of each year for the next calendar year. The 2010 calendar dues are:

The Cove @ Sun Peak condominiums
( a monthly condo fee is also charged) - $300

Mahogany Hills/Cedar Draw/Willow Draw Cottages - $450

Cedar Draw Estates and The Cove Estate - $600

These fees are used to maintain and manage the Sun Peak amenities - the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and trails.  They also pay association property taxes and insurance.
